3. User Accounts

3.2 Account Types

• Buyer: Can request services and make donations
• Volunteer: Can offer services and receive donations
• Both: Can act as both buyer and volunteer

4. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Engage in harassment, abuse, or discrimination
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on others' intellectual property rights
• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the platform
• Create multiple accounts to abuse the system
• Spam or solicit users outside the platform

5. Services and Donations

5.1 Service Offerings

Volunteers may offer services freely. They agree to:

• Provide accurate service descriptions
• Deliver services as described
• Maintain professional standards
• Complete orders within agreed timeframes

5.2 Donations

Donations are voluntary expressions of gratitude:

• Buyers choose donation amounts freely
• Donations are non-refundable once made
• We encourage fair and generous donations
• Donations support volunteers' continued service

5.3 No Guarantees

Gigalt does not guarantee:

• Quality or availability of services
• Specific donation amounts
• Service delivery timelines
• Resolution of all disputes

6. Payments and Wallet

6.1 Wallet System

Users can add funds to their wallet for donations. We use third-party payment processors for security.

6.2 Withdrawals

Volunteers can withdraw earnings:

• Minimum withdrawal: $20
• Processing time: 2-3 business days
• Valid bank account required

6.3 Transaction Fees

Gigalt does not charge platform fees. However, payment processors may charge standard transaction fees.

7. Intellectual Property

By posting content on Gigalt, you:

• Retain ownership of your content
• Grant us license to display your content
• Confirm you have rights to post the content
• Agree not to infringe others' copyrights

8. Disputes and Resolution

8.1 Dispute Process

If disputes arise:

• Try to resolve directly with the other party
• Open a dispute through our platform if needed
• Provide evidence and clear explanation
• Our team will mediate and make a fair decision

8.2 Our Role

We act as neutral mediators. Our decisions are final but not legally binding.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse or harass other users
• Damage the platform's reputation

You may terminate your account anytime from Settings.

10. Liability and Disclaimers

Gigalt is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:

• Quality of services provided
• Actions of users
• Loss of data or earnings
• Technical issues or downtime

10.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gigalt shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Major changes will be notified via email.
